IP3R expression in intact endothelium
En face mesenteric endothelium was transfected with pcDNA3.2 plasmid carrying IP3R1-GFP ex vivo. Tissues were stained with DAPI (blue) and cell mask orange (magenta) and IP3Rs expression (green) were examined with fluorescence microscope 36 hours post transfection. IP3R1 are found on membrane (orange arrows) and cytoplasm (white arrows). Scale bar = 50 µm.​
