2 Multiplex Calcium Imaging
Imaging cytosolic and subplasmalemmal Ca2+ using multiplexed widefield/TIRF microscopy reveals that channel activity observed using TIRF is not resolved by measurements of bulk cytosolic calcium. In this example, calcium activity was evoked by depolarisation from -70 to +10 mV.
